Step 07
Track, Improve & Scale
What you’re doing
Record actual results, review weekly and change one meaningful variable at a time.
Why it matters
The business funnel shows where opportunities stop progressing, so effort goes to the right problem.
Estimated time
Starting plan: 10–15 minutes daily and 45–60 minutes weekly.
What you need before starting
- Launched campaign and fixed Day 1
- Reconciled spend and CRM records
- Appointment outcomes recorded
- Risk and capacity limits
Use these resources
- 90-Day Seller Campaign TrackerTrack actual daily activity and cohort outcomes without double-counting bookings or reschedules.
- Weekly Campaign Review WorksheetChoose the next meaningful action using reconciled campaign data.
- Campaign Optimization Decision TreeFind the earliest meaningful constraint and make one measured change.
- Seller Ad Testing TrackerRecord a one-variable test with a baseline, maturity, cap, outcome, and explicit decision.
- Seller Campaign Troubleshooting GuideVerify common failure causes before changing the campaign.
- Scaling ChecklistIncrease working volume without multiplying a broken or unaffordable funnel.
- Completed Campaign and Review ExamplesSee the resources work together without mistaking examples for actual results.
Do this
- Daily: enter verified ad data and update unique seller stages and appointment attempts. Use blank for unreported data and zero only for confirmed zero.
- Days 1–7: verify delivery and handling. Days 8–30: measure and repair the weakest stage. Days 31–60: improve the working system. Days 61–90: scale cautiously or consolidate.
- Each week, reconcile counts, assess cohort maturity and use the decision tree to identify the bottleneck. Open troubleshooting only for the branch you need.
- Use the Testing Tracker to record a hypothesis, one variable, baseline, metric, threshold, data/spend requirement, fixed variables, review date and decision.
- Choose MORE only when the system works within cost and capacity limits; BETTER for the weakest meaningful stage; NEW when evidence supports a different offer or approach.
You’re done when
- Every weekly review records the constraint, evidence, owner and next review date.
- Changes have a baseline and one test variable.
- Scaling requires mature economics, reliable handling and spare capacity.
- At Day 90, target progress is fixed to first held within the campaign; later outcomes remain separate.
Don’t do this yet
Do not change offer, creative, landing page and follow-up together or scale while tracking and routing are broken.
Next step
Schedule your next weekly review. Continue this loop through Day 90 and retain later outcomes separately.

Time estimates are planning allowances. Your tools and required reviews may take longer.
