Step 06

Connect, Test & Launch

What you’re doing

Connect the workflow and tracking, finalize the Meta draft and pass the launch checklist.

Why it matters

An end-to-end test catches lost leads, duplicate events and incorrect reminders before paid delivery.

Estimated time

About 2–4 hours, plus any approval or verification waiting time.

What you need before starting

Use these resources

Do this

  1. Run the connection SOP tests using clearly marked test records. Verify submission, deduplication, delivery, qualification, booking, reschedule, cancellation, opt-out and outcome handling.
  2. Set the campaign start and reporting dates in the Campaign Tracker. Reconcile one accepted submission and its source/ad ID.
  3. Use the Meta checklist in your signed-in account. Confirm current Housing controls, objective, destination, event, budget and placement previews.
  4. Complete every launch checklist item and record the reviewer. Fix failed tests before activating.
  5. Launch at the approved budget. Record the first paid-delivery date as Campaign Day 1 and watch routing, spend and response handling.

Don’t do this yet

Do not spend with broken tracking, consent handling, routing or a failed launch test.

Before launch

Confirm Housing settings, brokerage approval, privacy and contact permissions. Verify uncertain requirements with your brokerage or compliance professional. Use the detailed Compliance Checklist above.
