Step 01
Plan
What you’re doing
Set a workable budget, define the target and assign the tools and people who will run the campaign.
Why it matters
Your numbers and delivery capacity determine how much you can responsibly launch.
Estimated time
About 2–3 hours, plus any brokerage review.
What you need before starting
- Strategy call complete
- Your advertising budget, negotiated listing terms and existing software access
Use these resources
- 90-Day Seller Appointment RoadmapBuild, launch, and operate the seller appointment system in the correct order.
- Seller Campaign Economics CalculatorModel budget, funnel conversion, and listing economics without inventing performance.
- Software Functions and System SetupMap your existing tools to the required functions without replacing a working stack.
- Seller Campaign Compliance ChecklistReview housing advertising, contact permissions, data use, and brokerage requirements before launch.
Do this
- Read the roadmap. Schedule setup before Campaign Day 1; Day 1 is the first day paid ads actually deliver.
- Open the Economics Calculator. Replace the planning assumptions, test a higher CPL and set your maximum risk budget.
- Map your existing tools to the required functions. Name a campaign owner and backup.
- Read the initial compliance checks and note what your brokerage must approve.
You’re done when
- Budget, cost limits and downside case are recorded.
- Service area, response owner, tool functions and launch date are written down.
- The target is 18–20 held listing appointments in 90 campaign days; booking alone does not count.
Don’t do this yet
Do not buy a replacement CRM or spend on ads before checking your existing tools and economics.
